About me...

Welcome

Hello, and thank you for visiting my site.

My name is Kath, and I am a Trauma-Informed, Person-Centred Counsellor. I provide a safe, compassionate, and understanding space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. My aim is to support you in navigating life’s challenges and moving towards your personal goals at your own pace.

I have over 20 years of experience working within mental health charities, where I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people in understanding and accepting themselves.

I work with a wide range of issues, including:

Stress and anxiety disorders

Low mood and depression

Loss and bereavement

Family and relationship difficulties

Low confidence and self-esteem

I have experience working with adults, young people, and children, and I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported.

Life can be overwhelming at times, and having someone to talk to, without judgement or pressure for quick fix, can make all the difference...
